If an item you purchased breaks because of a defect, AMBER E LEA will repair or replace the piece free of charge. Please email us with any questions you may have.
This warrantee does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, or natural breakdown of materials and extended use over time. Remember, each piece is made of porcelain, which is a glass-like material. Though very durable, avoid dropping your jewelry or knocking against hard surfaces.

Need a piece repaired?
Accidents happen and we’re here to help. Simply send us an email notifying us of the issue and that your jewelry is on its way. Most items can be repaired easily with minimal costs and will take 3-4 weeks to make it back to you.
