Shipping policy
All in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days via USPS. Domestic shipments travel First Class and usually arrive 3 days after shipping. An email notification with tracking information will be sent once your order is on its way. If you would like to upgrade shipping, please select this options during your checkout process or email us so that we can accommodate your request.
Tracking your package
We do all we can to assure our orders are shipped in a timely manner. We have access to the same tracking information that you do once your item has left our studio. We don’t have any more insight into the journey of your package once it has started to make its way to you. If you have concerns about the journey of your package, we recommend reaching out to the postal provider directly for further details regarding your shipment.
International orders
International orders will travel via USPS and will be treated the same as domestic shipments. If you would like to upgrade shipping, please select this options during your checkout process or email us so that we can accommodate your request.
We cannot be responsible for packages that are “delivered” via your carrier. If your shipment is showing delivered in the carrier’s system but you have not received it you will need to open a claim via the carrier.
Custom orders
Custom orders are available and can take several weeks to make + ship. Please email us if you’re interested in this option or fill out the form in the Contact section of the website.
